EXHIBITOR APPLICATION FORM / DEMANDE DE KIOSQUE

All exhibitors are requested to apply for an exhibit space by filling out this online form and providing payment. 

By submitting this form, the contact name provided above hereby authorizes CANM to reserve exhibit space for use by the applying organization and agrees to abide by the Exhibit Rules and Guidelines.

At the end of this online form, an electronic invoice will be provided. We encourage you to use the on-line payment link to process payment. (Visa and MasterCard accepted)

If mailing a cheque, please use the mailing address indicated at the end of this form. Your exhibit application will be confirmed, once payment is received in full. 

Exhibitor Fees for one exhibit space are $3,850.00 CAD plus applicable taxes.

Fee includes ONE complimentary registration

HST 13% ($500.50).

Total Exhibit $4,350.50

You will be requested to provide a list of your attending representatives. This list is for logistics, all representatives will be required to register online. Please keep us informed of all changes to this list.

NOTE: SPACE IS LIMITED AND ALLOCATED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. PLEASE ENSURE EXHIBITOR FORM IS SUBMITTED BY THE DEADLINE OF MARCH 14, 2020

Vous devrez nous fournir les noms de vos représentants participants pour raisons administratives. Tous les représentants devront aussi être inscrits en ligne à la conférence. Le système d’inscription sera en ligne bientôt!
