RADIOPHARMACY quality manager (Under classification Review)

St. John’s Radiopharmaceutical Sciences - Permanent, Full-Time  


Reporting to the Radiopharmaceutical Sciences Manager, the Radiopharmacy Quality Manager is accountable for a comprehensive Quality Management Program within the Radiopharmaceutical Sciences Section of the Diagnostic Imaging Program.  The position closely liaises with the Manager, Radiochemist, Lead Radiopharmacy Technologist, Cyclotron Engineer, Radiation Safety Officer and technical staff of the Radiopharmaceutical Sciences Program as well as regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies.

The Division of Nuclear Medicine in the Eastern Health Regional Health Authority, St. John’s, NL, is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Physician.

Eligible candidates must hold Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certification in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent and be eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of NL. Additional training or fellowships such as in Diagnostic Radiology, would be an advantage.

The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority Diagnostic Imaging Program, and The University of Manitoba Department of Radiology Section of Nuclear Medicine invites applications for a dual trained Nuclear Medicine and Radiologist physician. This will be for a clinical position located at the Health Sciences Centre(HSC). The responsibilities will include supervision and interpretation of examinations, commitment to high-quality patient care, teaching (undergraduate and postgraduate) and research.
